GuocoLand’s Martin Modern cliches Silver at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award

Martin Modern, a high-end residence by mainboard-listed property builder GuocoLand, was identified as World Silver Winner in the Residential (Tower) Classification at this year’s FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award.

It was awarded Top Development, Residential (Completed) at the sixth EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Honors 2022; Luxury Residential Development of the Year, Singapore, at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2021; and Finest Residential Development Singapore at the International Property Citations 2020.

It is GuocoLand’s fifth accolade at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Grant. It in the past won honors for Guoco Tower in 2022, 2021, and 2020 and Leedon Residence in 2018.

The International Realty Federation, knowing the value of architectural brilliance, durability, community engagement, and honest industry practices, has awarded GuocoLand for its commitment to these prices in the development of Martin Modern.

Martin Modern was developed by ipli Architects and ADDP Architects. The plan has actually already taken several other major property and layout awards.

The project even gained four major awards at the 2nd EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Grant in 2018 in the uncompleted developments classification, including Top Development Excellence, Design Excellence, Landscape Excellence and Innovation Excellence.
