Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang
The brand-new property is less than 500m from the National University of Singapore and about 1km from Curtin University. Placed for ease of access, it is a quick trip from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD by means of Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Freeway, and Keppel Viaduct. Coliwoo has begun its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang, a four-storey building at 404 Pasir Panjang Roadway. The brand, a co-living subsidiary within the property administration solutions group LHN Group, disclosed in its announcement last September that it had gotten the Pasir Panjang estate for $30 million.

The Pasir Panjang Road real estate extends 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Previously the area of the Pasir Panjang Inn hotel, the group got the property vacant.
Coliwoo prepares to open additional co-living buildings in various areas next year, consisting of River Valley Road, Rangoon Road, Balestier Roadway, Lavender Street and Arab Street.
